how to get flat stomach/Abs in a month and a half for dance!?
I'm the biggest girl there in stomach terms it makes me kinda shy. I certainly am not fat I'm only 85 pounds and 4 11 but I have a little belly fat. I want to have a flat stomach or abs like the other girls! Help me! Also I would like to perfect all 3 of my splits in that amount of time so I can go back to dance and have the best everything! Lol! Thanx
When you wake up in the morning:
50 Crunches:
25 regular
10 left
10 right
5 bicycle
30 pushups
3 planks (breaks in between)
By this time you will be warmed up.
Stretch by touching your toes, butterfly, and more.
Do a right lunge then go into right split.
Repeat on left.
Stretch and stradile.
Go on with your day.
Before you go to bed repeat.
Do this with your favorite playlist for inspiration.
Also if you can take a few classes at your studio during the summer. It can't hurt to keep up your technique!:)
