How to get rid of muscle knot on my back?
There is a lump and ooo boy is it ever painful. I can't look down without being in excruciating pain and it hurts to look to the left. Its pretty much on my left shoulder blade. It hurts so bad. I put an icy-hot back on it and ive been trying to massage it with an electric massager but it itches my back. It just really hurts and I don't know how to get rid of it. I'm considering going to the free clinic to see what they say.

Try laying on a tennis ball held to the knot. Roll around a bit keeping pressure on the spot. This will hurt to do - but it will help to work out the knot & relax the muscle area around it.
