how can i get abs how many times should i train?
how can i get abs how many times a day should i train what should i eat i saw a video on youtube that said there is two kinds of abs one abdominal and the other is different but i lost the video and i cant find it so please anyone help the video said something like for abdominal abs train everyday and for the other ones like 1 time in 2 days something like that so please people do you have any ideas or tips thank you
Intra-muscular and the "six-pack". You need rest for any type of training. I think what he meant in the video was that your body gets better at doing sit-ups/crunches and while you will be able to achieve 1000 crunches a day, your size and strength will stay the same, or decrease(overtraining).
To add some real size and strength to your abs: Squats, Dead lifts and standing presses.
Static weightwork works great, too. Hold a weight while standing up and you'll force the abs to tighten to stabilize your body and keep your body stiff to prevent you from falling over.
