any good resistance/exercise band workouts?

i know the basic curl and pull ones, but im just looking for a different variety and ones that i have not tried. Or any good workouts which do not need equipment? Thanks alot!

I recommend free weights, but you can do a lot with your own body weight.
Try a side plank- this will kill your obliques: lay on your side and lift up onto your bent elbow, under your shoulder, with your legs straight and weight on the sides of your feet, which are on top of each other.
A regular plank is done face down, be sure you are flat, flat, flat, no butts up in the air, on your elbows. Try to breathe deeply.
With the bands, do shoulder raises by putting band under feet and lifting with your elbows sticking out, and do pull downs by doubling up the band and pulling from above your head, then down and outward.
Of course pushups and pullups kick butt too.
