I'm a 31 year old female who is interested in competing in fitness competitions...?
Am I too old to start thinking about competing? I started working out a year ago and have a decent figure. I have the time and I am willing to do what it takes. But I want to know if it would be worth starting this path in my life now. I would love to hear feedback!
I just turned 31 and I think it's never too late to do whatever you want in life. 31 is not old anyway. I feel the same way as I did when I was 21. Plus you've had experience working out/training so I'm sure you're prepared, just work extra hard. Go for it!
