A question about Abs?
So i have been working towards getting a six pack for a few months now. My diet isnt the best, but ive cut down on alot of fatty/sugary foods. I run every other day about two miles and im gradually going up. on the other days i go to the gym and work out with weights and such. But my question is do you guys see any abs in this picture and if so how many? i wanna get it from another point of view, and if you could gimme tips or where u think im at thatd be great. thanks

I do lower ab ocassionally. and i run every other day because if i run everyday then i will lose muscle. and i do work out my Whole Body, not just my abs.
theres six
just need to cut down more fat or make the abdominal muscles bigger by training them.Try this: 50 crunches 50 reversed crunches...5 sets each everyday.
