exersizing clothes?
what kid of clothes do i ewar when running outside?
im kinda chubby so im kinda embarrased to be running outside with all my fat juggling everywhere lol (im 123lb / 5"0)
cause i dont have any fitness clothes at ALL
i only have jeans and pants for bottoms and skin tight graphic t-shirts and hoodies.
i need to go shopping for some fitness clothes so i can start running outside without being embarasses or being un-comfortable cause i certainly do not want to run in jeans.
some recomendations and brands or shops?
Where loose fitting shirts and shorts that some down (or past) elbow or knee. Make shorts sports ones like the mesh sort. like basketball shorts if you know wat i mean. maybe get one of your dads old shirts or just by a big one
