DILEMA! What bike/cycle shall I buy?
Hi all you cycling Gods. I'm looking to spend around £500 on a bike. My previous bikes have all been rubbishy, so I'm looking to push the boat out with this one.
I cycled 10 miles to work, 10 miles back. The problem is that there is a hill for about 3 miles (A complete annoyance to cycle up)
I was wondering whether it's better to get suspension, or save money and weight or what? Help!
it does not matter what style of bike you get hybrid, touring, racer or xc mtb as long as it is built for the road. the main thing is that it has road or slick tyres. an as far as suspension goes for me its a must but only on the front an has lock-out. there's nothing worse then riding a solid bike that's uncomfortable. if it was me i would get a mtb because they take more of a battering an can be used on all terrain regardless of conditions.
