I want/need to lose weight?
I have been trying to lose weight since my last pregnacy which was 5 years ago, I have a treadmill at home and 2 5lb weights. Can't afford the gym and we have no swimming pool near by to go swimming in. I have asthma so I can't do no intense cardio without feeling like I'm dying. How long should I remain on the treadmill and at what speed so that I could get some of this weight off me, I also have the 8min ABS, BUNS, ARMS and LEGS dvds and I bought the BeachBody Slim in 6 workout and I run out of breath after the first 15min of the starter workout. Tired of being FAT and unhappy with myself NEED help!
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.
