can anyone give me a workout routine to get 6 pack abs?
its the new year and i want to get 6 pack abs but i don't know what exercises to do so can anyone give me a routine or workout schedule i could follow please and also im quite fit and healthy already so i dont need to be told about eating health becuase i do already. thanks.
