Dieting and marriage question?
So, I'm on a new diet/fitness routine as I've put on a few pounds and want to stop the madness before it becomes unmanageable...and my husband decides that adding more fruit to my diet (and his) will be beneficial. So last night he used my body as a table and ate a nice variety of fresh fruit off of me. Do you think I have to count those calories into my plan for the day? Do you think the calories burned

Blueberries then cherries then green grapes and lastly the strawberry (my fave!)...didn't even need the whip cream!
Sounds like your burned more calories than you consumed....lol....good for you!!! Now that's what I call a good diet and exercise plan!
