How to eat in order to lose body fat and make abs show?
What is a good eating habit to have in order to lose body fat? I can feel all my abs, but only the upper 4 show (the lower abs are kind of hidden). What are some things I should eat and how much of it. Egg whites in the morning, an apple a day, etc? Also, what should I stay away from?
Eat more protein at each meal than carbs. Avoid the obvious things such as white bread, sugary drinks, fries, burgers etc etc. Also ensure you are doing cardio exercises to shift the excess body fat that is still there and some core work to build up the abs, obliques and lower back muscles. Eat small and regularly (every 3 hours or so) rather than large and less often. Drink plenty of clean water every day.
