Someone who is EDNOS / anorexic to be doing well as a trainer or decent?
EDNOS side'm anorexic and exercise constant and maintain my health by eating nutritious food when they eat and taking vitamin suppliments, they are probably not sharp drop in anorexia. Anyway, I considering the idea of going through a trainer program and become a trainer, but I'm a guy and have no muscle mass and volume can be wait a physical male coach to have and to be honest I do not want bulk or put on muscle mass, but enjoy the exercise without weight, cardio and aerobics. I'm not shy about my condition, and could talk it over with and before others, if others also tend to be like and I need someone who can relate with fitness. I do not know if it was slim and EDNOS / anorexic stop me or make it difficult to be a trainer (I mean you want or use a trainer like that).
Are you being treated now? If you are working toward recovery, I think You might consider this as a real option, but it is important that you do not push your views on those who are helping and are able to encourage them to live a healthy lifestyle even though it is difficult xxx
