What is the best and fastest way to tighten your abs?

I run a mile every day and 2 weekends. My legs look great, but I have to pull my ads. Anyone have any ideas on how best and quickest way to do this? Can you break it down to me. How long does it take, do I have to do, how many do I have to do. And if someone has actual results please let me know what has worked best for them. Much appreciated =)

DIET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How long it will take depends your% body fat. 15 +% 16 weeks 12 12-15 weeks 10 weeks 10 to 12, you get the idea. No matter what you do for your abs exersises if there is a layer of fat you never see them. I suggest six small meals a day to keep your metabolism burning all day. You do not have to count calories or anything like that eat only good foods. The easiest way to describe if it grows from the earth is alive or eat it. No fast-food either surviving (remove nutrients) Training should include cardio running, walking, biking, etc. If you want to give any weight on it is perfect 2-3 days a week. Cardio 3-4 times a week. Everything you want to work with a diet poor and you just get frustrated with your progress. Exersise and eat right to see results! Good luck, I hope this helps!
