I feel SO bloated all the time!!?
I suffer from IBS-D and I take 2 Acidophilus pills every morning. I try to watch what I eat but the perfect foods are not always available to me. I'd like to lose roughly 15lbs, and I power walk on my treadmill's highest incline for 30 min. everyday. The bloating seems to have worsened since buying my computer because I've been using it more often.
Do you know of anything I can take and/or eat and/or avoid eating, and methods to get rid of this bloating altogether?
Also, for the people who are knowledgable in dieting and exercise, I've heard the phrase, "abs are made in the kitchen" and firmly believe it to be true. I'd tried to target my midsection and I've increased the intensity in my cardio workouts, but without strict dieting methods my midsection does not shrink. What do you have to say about losing weight across one's midsection? ANY and ALL advice is welcomed. Thank you!!!
You can also try something like alfalfa to help with some of the bloating if your doctor says ok.
Also, this bloating could be an indication of a hormone imbalance going on as well such as with the thyroid (an example only).
I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor as well to see what they say.
