Quick daily workout for Abs with fast results?

Aside from regular crunches (they hurt my neck and back, maybe Im doing them wrong) can anyone give me an exercise that works my abs daily and that has quick results? My stomach is flat (naturally. I don't really exercise at all) but I just need some definition.

I have the exact same concern and have found some AMAZING workouts on Women's Health Magazine's website.

Do these workout moves three nonconsecutive days a week. Start with the Basic Workout (moves 1-4 at right) to prime your muscles. After three weeks, you'll be ready to graduate to the Advanced Workout (moves 5-8). For maximum fat burning, perform the exercises as a circuit: Do one set of each move in the order shown, resting for 30 seconds between exercises.
