Workout suggestions please?

I bought myself a workout bench (first link on bottom of post) and 2 ordinary dumbbells.
I play basketball 4 h/week in a team. But i would like to gain some more visual on my muscles.
Especially by chest, biceps, triceps and abs. I don't like an overworked body with muscle tities pointing forward, but i would prefer an overall spread of my chest muscles. (My body now looks kind of like a guy you can see in the second link.)

Does anyone have suggestions in workout-training i could do with the equipment i have?

Abs: sit-ups; crunches; leg-ups, etc.---no equipment needed for these.
Chest: push-ups...including inclined and declined; dumbell bench presses in supine and reclining positions; dumbell butterflys from supine position.
Biceps/triceps: Dumbell curls, hammer curls; chin-ups; behind the head dumbell lifts for triceps; reclining skull crushers with dumbells for triceps; dips.
