I can't run please help and give me good advice.?
I was able to run really fast 1and half years back but after coming to America from London I haven't run or any type of sports or jogging for last 10 months. I know its my fault for not to run or make my legs active even in fitness center. Now I have gained my weights with muscles (shoulders and chest around 20 lbs).But I have started jogging since last 1 and half months and tried so much to run but I can't even run up to 0.20 mile. So I think the reason is that my legs are too skinny compare to my upper part of body and also I haven't made legs active since long. So I was doing cycling in Fitness Center but I already have good thies but my legs (after knee) are really skinny compare to my body. So I want you to give me best advice that I can atleast run or to make my lower part of legs strong enough. Or any good advice by which you can help me. Thank you.
