How to improve my body and fitness?
Basically I'm 15 (nearly 16) and I lost a lot of weight last year. I have a very average body and I tend not to do a lot of sport, anyway this summer I want to try and tone up my body and generally improve my fitness. I find I can't run or cycle for very long and this worries me a great deal and this is definitely not normal for a person of my age. So do you guys know of any ways to slowly build up fitness or tone up my body?
u need to lift weights 4 - 5 days a week.. for 40 - 60 mins..
and u need to do cardio to improve your stamina... for 20 - 30 mins..
but it seems to me u need to build up your muscle and your strength more so..
and train your abs everyother day.... 5 - 10 mins
