Is it safe to use this?
I'm 3 months pregnant and my back is KILLING me. I have a full body back massager with a built in heating pad that I got for Christmas and I love it but my mother says I shouldn't use it cause it could do harm to the baby. Is this true or can I relax and feel the good vibrations?
