which fitness centre is gd in singapore? whats the price?
california fitness...planet fitness..fitness first,...etc...i dont know which one...??
Just my humble opinion. The factors that are important in a good gym... look at em and go check out all the gyms personally before making a decision. They usually allow a few trial sessions..
1) Good and enough equipment
2) Good variety of classes
3) Clean
4) Good service and friendly staff that is ready to help you
5) Exclusivity - Important ! If you're gonna pay good money for a gym membership, make sure you ask about the current no. of members and whether they limit membership. You dont want to end up paying exclusive rates for a gym only to find that they take in EVERYBODY , Tom Dick and Harry who pays exclusive rates and you end up waiting in line to share equipments and rushing and waiting outside the classes just to reserve a place in the class...
6) Transparency - Make sure that membership fees are stated clearly and that there is no hidden costs. Also make sure that EVERYBODY pays the same basic rates ... some gyms try to milk you into paying a large lump sum upfront and after you've paid up, you realized that there's no exlusivity or benefits given to you and they act like they dont know you....
