I became a member of Bally Total Fitness over a year an opportunity. that guy gave me a paper and asked me to sign, I would read the newspaper, but said "there is no need to read it, I told you everything" I trusted and signed it myself, but I did not know that it is a 3 years contract. I started the gym, but on the first day I realized that shit smells like gym, the machines are so old and dirty. I could not go to Bally, I called to cancel my subscription, but they said you can not because it has a 3 year contract. what am I supposed to do? I have no money to hire a lawyer, but I like to give them a good lesson. what they do is not moral! Please advise. Thanks
