I need some good ideas for a week of fitness I'm putting in a school-k pk.?
I was thinking .. Dance to your favorite CD for 20 minutes to walk DO 20 next dog / jack and then do it again 10 times trying to beat the record of the past. Any more ideas? I am applying for a scholarship for my school and my idea is to give F5 week "Healthy Winds of Change" I am challenging students to eat better and exercise to get just MOVING. My school obese children is 36%, 12% morbidly obese children, 18% at risk and only 34% healthy children! Scarry How's that! We are only a daily run of the plant primary school. I am very worried about my health SO students. I would appreciate any good ideas to help make this fun and exciting for them to do! THANKS !!!!! UNRWA ***** my bad My school is PK - 6th grade !!!!!
