What is the average number of calories that can be recorded on a stationary bike in 20 minutes?
I have 18 years, weighing about 140 pounds and I'm around 5'6. It takes me about 20 minutes to burn 100 calories (on the average resistance). I do not know if that is normal''''. So I wonder if I'm 100 calories is normal. And how can lose weight using diet and an exercise bike. Any tips and diet suggestions?
Well you can definitely put some more effort in it! Hahaha. I used to use the bikes at my gym when I was with my dad and basically would not in any effort and wait for end (after 30 minutes I did something else) and I like to spend more or less like you. So try to petals Fast! The bike is not really ideal for work because your body does not even have the natural resistance of the weight (from the seat he supports) and upper body is not affected. It is also really easy to stop right in your pedaling.
So if you can find a different form of exercise, jogging is really efficient and jumping rope can cut the fat in just minutes a day from its high-energy SO. But if this is your only option, and you want to lose weight (which from the description that you do not need, but I have a bathing suit season coming up whole thing) I suggest you turn the resistance and begin to FAST petal then slowly add strength to avoid stalling.
