Exercising Fitness Magazine Men?
I just subscribed to the ability of men and recently started working out. My question is how do the exercises correctly? I mean, in the fitness section of the magazine, there are usually three workouts (A, B, C). Should I A first exercise, then rest a day, then B, then a day off, and so forth? In addition, some exercises require me to do exercises between sets. Does this mean that I do exercise A, B exercise, and then A and B again until done?? Please help me. I know that I over analyze things much, but I wan't to learn to be healthy. Thank you. Furthermore, the ability of men, it seems like theres two different sections for training. It Am I supposed to do the first section of a day and the next section the next day? Or simply choose a target and do the exercises necessary?
