This is what I plan to do
Sun-
75 Sit-ups
75 Squats
25 Leg Lifts (Each leg)
100 Ankle Rolls (Each ankle, They actually do good on your calves and ankles) lol
30 Min. Yoga Video (Target abs)
30 Min. Treadmill Jog (Moderate speed, Not crazy, But more than walking)
Mon- (I have school so I don't have as much time to workout)
Walk home from school (Almost a mile)
75 Sit-ups
30 Min. Yoga Video (Target Legs/ Butt)
Tue- Walk home
75 Squats
30 Min Video (Abs)
Wed- Same as Mon
Thur- Same as Tue
Fri- Same as Mon or Skip?
Sat- Skip
Will I see results with this if I keep up on it?
Should I add more/ change anything?
I'd do more during the week but I'm short on time because of schoolwork and stuff
