If I am 15, and can make a 204 on the army fitness test would I be able to survive in military?
I want to know that I am on the right track ,by the time I am 18 i want to be able to score above 300 very easily.
My score now is
Running-100
pushups-57
situps-47
Any tips on how to improve my pushups and situps times.
Does doing these help over time, I already do them now, will my body get better at them?
Repetition is the key, you will do these everyday in the military and if you get into a routine you will be fine. You will not only have to do a certain number of each but also in a alloted amount of time.
