this is a personal trainer?

after high school I get my personal trainer certification IFPA. I also want to continue my education with courses in IFPA. I was wondering if IFPA is a good choice and personal trainers make a decent wage? Do you usually start working on how a fitness center and then usually start with their own customers over time. GamePlan just want a good race for a personal trainer and how much they usually do in gyms like Curves, Fitness supplement or something.

I do not know much about IFPA. Just make sure the organization to obtain certification to be accepted by the place the work of the cases, if you want to work in a gym. If you are an independent contractor does not matter. Really focus on educating yourself and the study of much material as possible since most of these organizations only give the minimum in education in my opinion. Most trainers Personal not do a lot of money because they know how to get clients and often work in a place that has a huge percentage of their money. That's why you should learn all about the commercial and marketing aspects of personal training. Personal training can be a very lucrative career if you are smart about how to do business. By example, instead of focusing so much on one on one training, you can train small groups or even make fitness bootcamps and train large groups and make more money hour. There are many ways you can make money as a Fitness Trainer other than just training, such as nutritional counseling, speed and agility camps, talks, making their own fitness products, etc. .. The sky is the limit. Indeed, the curves really do not hire certified trainers or at least pay them a salary only measley hour so I would not recommend working there. You may want to start working for someone else for a bit to get some experience, but I would recommend you become a contractor indepenent once you get a lot of customers on their own. This way you can be your own boss and make more money. I would recommend is part of a website as www.FitnessThinkTank.com You can start looking at what employers are doing other fitness and ask questions. Hope that helps. loss FREE fat, nutrition, fitness information www.SAFitness.BlogSpot.com
