Bodybuilding and Fitness Visualization
It has been several years since I step on a bodybuilding stage (15 years) and one of the tools you use for success in competition was visualization. Most bodybuilders do not apply this technique to their training, but what really makes a difference in their confidence not only performance but also physical.
We've all heard how Michael Jordan imagine themselves also making the game winning shot every night and I think it goes without saying that many teams tried to keep the ball away from Michael Jordan, because of it. Viewing making the shot was just a formality mind that your body had to play out. The shot was made very easy because it did it again and again and again in his mind. So there was no problems with him doing it again with the ball.
Display Preschool
There are a number of visualization techniques that can be used in bodybuilding and fitness. The first is what I call pre-workout display. In this technique, I actually see myself doing my sets each one individually, representative by the union representative. I know how many reps I would compete for each set, then visualize myself doing that number of repetitions with a little heavier than normal weight than it would before.
When it comes time to realize that given together with the representatives and weight, I've done in my mind and surprisingly most of the time can end up in the physical.
Now this is not some mystical whisper mess works because the mind is already prepared for the task at hand!
Display Contest
In preparation for a competition that used a slightly different method of visualization, I have found this is exceptionally effective in preparing for a contest, especially with regard to leave the pre contest jitters
I imagine my body compared to other competitors, I really get the first-place trophy, and even my diet and other training events, but I always viewed as the greatest of what is already in the morning.
"I guess my diet for me this week I refuse to see me poor food choices from family and friends, and just accept the choice of building healthy muscle.
If you know where the competition is to go there and see the event area and imagine the lights of the crowds, all cheering for you. Making a positive atmosphere for you as possible, then go home and see the competition as you would like to be and not be afraid to embellish a bit ..
Unless can get to the event because of the distance to get pictures of it off the Internet and the use of photography for you as imagination.
The last thing to do is get to the center of an event early, while performing for the show to ask the trophies are for the class you are competing in and visualize yourself receiving the trophy again
At some point I actually talk to the trophy, saying that his return home with me, and telling us that the honor that I will be competing by a large trophy.
This may sound crazy and you think what some smug about others but to live up to their own expectations and greater than that which can never expect of yourself.

The visualization process
Before viewing must be quiet! However, this is not the absence of noise, but the stillness of your mind and spirit. This is very similar to mediation or prayer in the presence of God, so do not be shocked to find a new desire to return to union with God. Or if you are already a practicing Christian can be found understand the wisdom of God in a more personal level.
Breathe deeply and hold until it can no longer hold, but when it is released it without problems and control of breathing normally. I know many people who are counting the breath, but I think this relaxes me much faster than counting breaths, or empty the mind or anything like that things Zen Buddha.
I looked at a picture of the first event of this center to put into perspective real. Then I close my eyes and visualize what I want happened during the contest. The detail to display the greater the chance you will experience the success you desire
Stop by the show of the night prejudging the comparison, posing routines and even the crowd cheers after his routine. Leave nothing to chance and are often displayed once daily in the contract may more if needed.
