This is a good exercise plan for a teenager?
Hello (: I do not know if this just a good workout plan but everything fits so enter programming for times and days that could do this and how my neighborhood is kind of thing. Mon-20 / 30 minutes of dance to a favorite cd. Tues-Cardio exercise for 10 minutes and 20 sit-ups will go up soon. Abs-workout for 12 minutes Wednesday. Thurs-Make something of a fitness circuit training can be a dance. I know it's not much, but you had to love any suggestions and how I can improve this!
As you are trying to lose weight or just want to be more active? I think it's important for everyone while you want to lose weight or not be active at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week. if your just starting to be a beginner plan good. but you should slowly add more time to 30 minutes per day if possible. Good activities include dance, biking, jogging, skating, playing wii, jumps, abs, pushups, lunges, swimming, etc. Exercise can be fun, just aim to be more active! and if you want to lose weight, eat healthy, too! Do not die hunger. and drink plenty of water. Do not drink soda or sugary drinks.:)
