Has anybody tried My Fitness Coach for the wii?
i have just bought my fitness coach for the wii and was wondering if anybody had lost any weight whilst doing the workouts. I am going to stick to around 1200 calories a day and try and workout on the wii everyday. how much weight do you think i will lose. I also dance for an hour twice a week and go to the gym for about 45 mins once or twice a week. I weigh 126 lbs.
I had my health coach for the iphone and it was really good at getting me into a routine and make sticking to it fun.
I think its the same people that does the iphone and the wii app.
I now no longer use the health coach but have stck with the weight loss and now just use a simpler app to track calories but it's definately recommend it to someone who wanted to get started.
