fitness DVDs, which ones would you recommend?
I am starting a new healthy eating and exercise regime. i have joined a gym and i go 2 times a week. due to work commitments etc i struggle to go any more so i am thinking of buying one of these DVDS that i can do at home inbetween my gym visits. Any recommendations?

None of them - they're all rubbish and are only a means of making a few bob for everybody concerned !
