Hey guys, I just need a little motivation if someone feels kindly:)?
I started developing my fitness again, and have to walk about an hour every day for the last three weeks (I have also physical work with long hours, so it is not always easy to fit, but I am trying!). The thing is that a slump in the last five days as I have been feeling really sick, I know best and sensible thing to do is relax and let my body recover, but it is the 5th and no indication of my feeling much better. The thing is that today I received a little down by the fact that he was preparing to start running, but now I can feel my good deed waning a bit and I am disheartened to start the climb back to fitness again! Any words of encouragement or advice from people who also are starting out a new exercise regimen on how to cope with adversity would be much appreciated. Thanks guys:)
When it comes its body.You have to give it time. Maybe that's why you are sick. Tip: Take it easy and build gradually.Drink loads of water, but do not abuse the drink as it is dangerous.Do things in the session rather than once, including their actual training and diet. Above all, rest as often as you train or you go to any part.
