Getting from Bally Fitness contract?
My family recorded in the accounts of Bally in October. My mother canceled her account a couple of weeks the first month. She got a doctor and it shows "canceled", but they were still loading our checking account. So we went back and told us that my mother has never been canceled. So finally, months later, my mom came out of the contract. So here is the following. Due to the economic crisis Bally gym closed to go. The nearest is in the nearby town, which is 8.73 miles. My family does not want the unit, away from the gym and we wanted to cancel our contract, but not let us. They said the gym is still open, just in a different place. Normally it is the reverse, if they move WE say something to cancel. But in this case, relocated his gym, which is not convenient for us.
