What is the best exercise to get rid of the pregnancies flaccid, because a cesarean?
I asked this in the forum of health and fitness and did not get much help so I figured I'd try to see if some of you have had this problem and what you did. I had my cesarean section 17 months ago and I have been walking and doing sit-ups, but do not seem to be doing much. Thank you for your help.
PILATES !!!!!! It builds strong, muscular LEAN ... therefore not in bulk as a man. A washing maching that folds easily. It gives you lots of energy and is very fun!
