How do I start a gym business(trying to start a fitness gym)? What would be my first step? ?
Start -up business
I think the first step is going to a real gym and learning the ins and outs. I just opened my own driving school and i worked there for 6 years before opening my own. Obviously you don't need to wait 6 years but you do need to know all the lil details stay after work talk with your bosses learn everything, be a personal trainer and make sure your fit cuz no one comes to a gym to work out with someone who isn't fit themselves. and last make sure there is a need a big need esp in this economy cuz if ur in an over saturated market your business is going to suffer just cuz it's new.
