What are some good abdominal machines at Lifetime Fitness?
I am in need of some ab workouts good, and wondered what machines are used to get pretty good results. Thanks in advance!
That's where I work everyday! Just got back from there, .. actually In any case, try the ab machines upstairs. When I go there are tons. And all are effective. The poses and legs you can do on the rise-ab contraption as the leg. And increases in the leg that can be done in the stirrups hanging from a bar .. Just try them and see which ones you like.
