Is it possible to burn fat, get lean, low body fat (below 10%), just by dieting without exercising?
I do not have enough time to do cardiovascular nor weights, I really take care of myself by being careful with what I'm eating but I'm not sure if it's enough in order to be lean, to have a fitness model body type. I can sometimes go to the gym once a week. Please help!!!!!
If fitness is important to you, then you'll simply HAVE to find time in your busy day to exercise. Once a week will not be enough to improve your fitness level, and you certainly won't have a lot of lean muscle without exercising. It doesn't take long to strength train. You can work for 20 minutes a session and see improvement. I am certain that you can find 20 to 30 minutes 3 x a week. And that's just for good fitness. If you want to be ripped, then you'll have to add cardio into that and work longer. If it's a priority in your life, then you'll find time to do it.
