Is it true that the abdominal muscles can be worked every day, I have a moderate level of fitness.?
I have maintained a moderate level of aerobic fitness all my life five days a week weight training three days a week, but at the time of father, 43 is updated for me. I increase my muscle training, but I'm sure if you really can work your abs every day
Just as if it would work biceps or shoulder all day, you should not work abs every day.
