and what requirements are needed to pass the test , do I need the textbook and workbook as well as the DVD ?
I am thinking of becoming a certified personal trainer and need more information , there are many different certs. out there , which is the best one to get .
IMHO, the NSCA CSCS is the best one but also much more difficult.
In practical terms, I am not sure how much it matters. I see personal trainers showing people things which often range from stupid to dangerous. The dietetics advice they give is generally irresponsible.
