Experience with Personal Trainers at Anytime Fitness?
My wife and I are considering hiring a personal trainer to help us get in shape. We'll probably use Anytime Fitness because of the convenient location. Has anyone used Anytime Fitness WITH a personal trainer? Any feedback for me?
Anytime Fitness or Golds the facility mattere little when choosing a personal trainer. There a couple key questions you should ask, I often insist my new clients ask me these or at least understand why they are important. If you are unhappy with the trainers available at your gym do NOT settle. It is probably more productive to hire a personal trainer online adn have them design a workout and nutrition program for both of you from there. This is often even better becuase financially you can afford to keep individual training for a longer period of time. I do some of my clients online and they are very successful especially when they have a workout buddy. 1. What can I realisically expect for results?
2. How long before those results start to manifest?
3. How often do we have to meet?
4. Can you provide the program in writing?
5. Can you provide nutrition plan in writing?
6. What certifications do you have?
7. What athletic accomplishments have you done?
8. Pricing - (duh)
9. Are you independent contractor or hired by the gym?
10. Can you describe your training philoshopy briefly to me?
