The cost of a Personal Trainer?
I recently joined LA Fitness and have a meeting with a personal trainer tonight. Whenever I try to do sales representatives how much the session will cost me around. How much you paid for the boys of LA Fitness personal training? And most importantly Moreover, it is really worth the money, especially for what I want to achieve. I would like to lose about 20 kilos, and am familiar with working out. I would like know the cost and whether it is worthwhile or not.
Go to the gym 24 hours, and rates are fine. If you decide to lose weight and start working with a trainer, then yes, it will be worthwhile. The coaches are really there to motivate and help re-start your lifestyle. Good luck and have fun!
