How many days each week do i need to run to maintain my level of fitness?
Currenlty I'm running 5 days each week, but my schedule is about to get mad busy and I don't think I'll be able to keep it up. But at the same time I don't want to lose the progress that i've made (10 min/mile to 7:30 min/mile in the 3 mile run). What is the minimum number of running days I should shoot for each week in order to maintain this level of fitness?
3 days a week, 30 minutes (to maintain, not improve).
