My fitness-obsessed friend is leaving?! Need a gift!?
Ok, well a friend of mine is leaving to another part of the country, and I need to get her a going away present. We're not that close, but we care about each other, and we're friends. She's really into fitness and is training to become a personal trainer, which is why she's leaving.
I don't really know what to get that's personal enough - but something fitness related is probably not the best idea. I thought it would be something she's rather get herself; people like to get their own fitness equipment right?
Please help!
I'd go for something personal, as well as something else.
For the personal thing, maybe a photo of the two of you, framed, with a letter inserted into the back of the frame?
As for the other thing, you could get her a massage voucher (if you can organise one near where she's moving to). Seeing as she's into fitness, chances are she'd definitely enjoy a massage.
