Weight loss! Any advice is greatly appreciated!?

Hi there, I am a 20 yr old female, weigh 145lbs and am 5'9. I feel great everywhere else EXCEPT my lower belly bulge. I understand most females have this problem for sake of child bearing, but I feel it's no excuse NOT to get rid of it. There are plenty of woman who lose this and have flat, toned abs. I guess you can say I have 4 "pack", just cant seem to shake off the excess fat around the muscle and expecially that BULGE! any advice on diet and exercise is much appreciated! Thanks again!

Lots of cardio with lower ab work outs. Jillian Michaels has some crazy good work out dvds they'll kill that lower bulge so I highly suggest trying it out. As for diet tips drink a ton of water. Don't drink any empty calories and if you do drink stay away from alcohol as much as possible. Cut out the junk and processed foods. And check labels for the sodium content. If a food has a lot of sodium it'll cause you to bloat especially there!
