weight loss is so UGH. ? Coquette any gym girl?
my gym membership was canceled, because my dad thought it was not helping me. my digestive system works really slow and I love food. in fact, sometimes I think im addicted to food. no matter what mood im in. .. I can always eat .... fulll'm crazy .... An hour later I'm starving. Excess weight and weight gain im Cuz I eat so much. I go everywhere there is g = food. schooling home of their work so hard to resist. I feel like im gunna go crazy if I do not eat it. Im 15 but still want to look good you know ... ive been on diets before ... but here is my plan: to follow a good diet, excersize at home doing cardio and not eating fatty foods, such as scrap, and skipping dinner. i just dont know if I will cardio to help. There is a cardio fitness DVD called flirtygirl, amd I want to know if it acually helps. cuz acually seems more fun than the other things you know? Does anyone have it? work? Have you worked on you? did u see results?
