I want to feel better about my weight and size!?

I have 13 years and IM 5'4 and weigh around 115-123 and I am very self-conscious is crazy! I tryed starving and I was the best of my hips, but with all sports and exercise i tried to do was difficult keep up without fainting, so now I am back to eating, but try to keep to a minimum. The main thing I hate about myslef are my hips! I think by size are crazy and my stomach that just does not get a package of 6 or b. all sorts of things they want. I need exercises for my abs! I've been doing boxing for 3 years and I am pretty good at it, but for some reason i cannot get abs or lose my hips! Now I understand that my hips are as thin as they are receiving, but I really want abs. I can make 250 a night and abs constantly trying to im ... PLEASE help

ok, I'll be honest because I know what you're going I am 15 (also 5'4, and about the same Wight :-) ) And I've always hated the way I looked, and I always thought I was fat and gross to the point that I would not pool parties and stuff, and I thought I was perfectly healthy (it was), so first, people do not care how you look almost as as you think. Secondly, if you hate your body, then it will be very hard to lose weight, so hey, you're a human being and what matters is where and who you are now, well, it could be like a model, and could not have a package of 6, but not stress, while in good health do not worry, people who loves are (I know you've heard this before) and how you look is something so superficial, and that he will lose a lot of time thinking about how they look better instead of thinking things productive.
