Im 23 5'6 an weight 270lbs, my bmi is over 42 and im taking steps to live a healthier life.?
I need help with what to eat and what workouts i can do at home? (I have no fitness equipment) please help with any plans you may have
Hey, first you need to cut out the majority of your carbohydrates (sugar, soda, excess white bread, etc). Next, you should focus on eating more white meat (chicken and fish) instead of read meat (steak). Finally, try to eat more green vegetables and berries. If you're prone to over eating, drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before you eat and then come sit down 5 minutes later. The water will kill some of the hunger.
As far as exercise goes, try walking a bit more. A general rule of thumb is that you burn approximately the same calories walking 1 mile as you do running 1 mile. Try walking to the local market/store when you need some milk or other small products. You can also do a few push-ups with no equipment, do wall sits, etc.
