Any ideas on a fitness plan?
Ok so I was doing really good with fitness during the summer and fall. Most of my activities were outside. But now it's winter and I'm slacking on my fitness. I'm just not motivated enough to workout now, and I refuse to go outside. I live in New England and its just to cold. Any ideas of what I can do? Any ideas of what I could do around the house?
Do Tae-bo videos. You can even find them online on youtube. They help tremendously. Like seriously, i calculated at my weight jogging at 5mph for an hour, and taebo for 51 minutes, and tae-bo burned about 10 calories more even though its 10 minutes less!
