I am in Men's Health of the Abs Diet. Can anyone tell me if the food you just ate was considered bad?

So my mom just to a nice dinner and she knows I'm trying to eat healthy so he tried to do according to my diet. It's not really part of my diet plan but I suggested ate it anyway because I did not want to hurt his feelings. Anyway I had a baked chicken leg that was baked with a little salt to taste, about an ounce of corn, which probably had a bit of butter in it, and the delicious homade chicken soup noodles. The soup was already salt in it and the noodles were the pastas no regular whole-grain pasta. See I'm trying to stick to whole grains and salt to a minimum. Anyway what do you think? Maybe I'm overanalyzing, I do not know.

Depending on what kind of broth and seasonings used, the soup was probably quite high in sodium. That was done at home helps. soup of the letters preserved in sodium. The chicken leg is a little high in fat because it's dark meat, but still good corn protein. butter is fine. Butter really good fat in moderation. Much better than margarine. White pasta in the soup is fine. Obviously whole grain would be better, but not like you're eating an entire plate of it. It is only in the soup. I would say you're right. I would not do it every night, but probably only had 800 calories or less, depending the amount ...
